Printing/Impressing CCC Mark:Printing/Impressing CCC Mark Application Process

ⅠThe CCC certification holders (named 'Certificate Applicant' in the followings) make CCC mark application as follows
1. Offering 'Application Form of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark' with the seal of applicant along with 'Design Proposal Of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark' and the copy of CCC certificate fax to: 86-021-51095580-807 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com. The application form can be downloaded at Application Form For Printing/Impressing CCC Mark: http://china-ccc-certification.com/167.html
After viewing these documents, our office will fax the list back including all the documents that the company needs to send to our office by post.
2. The office will check all the application documents that have been mailed to our office. If they are all valid, we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to the applicants for payment by fax or E-mail. And the 'Certificate Applicant' should fax the 'Remittance Slip' back to our office.
Once the documents need to be revised, we will send 'Amendment Advice' by fax or E-mail: ccc#china-ccc-certification.com to inform the applicants resending their revised documents to us. And we will have a check for the application documents again. After viewing these documents, our office will fax the list back including all the documents that the company needs to mail to our office. The office will check all the application documents that have been mailed to our office. If they are all valid, we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to the applicants for payment by fax or E-mail. And the 'Certificate Applicant' should fax the 'Remittance Slip' back to our office.
3. According to the 'Remittance Slip' that has been faxed by the applicants. After making the confirmation of all payments (enter the certain account), the 'Notification of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark' will be sent to the applicants by post within 7 workdays.
4. The applicants with CCC certificate can also call on 86-021-51095580-805 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com, asking for the 'Application Form of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark' that will be faxed by us.
ⅡThe applicants who are not the certificate owned people (named 'Mark Applicant' in the followings) can apply for Printing/Impressing marks as follows:

Offering 'Application Form of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark' with seal (Certificate Owned Company) along with the 'Trust Deed': http://china-ccc-certification.com/365.html by the 'Certificate applicant', the 'Design Proposal Of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark' and the copy of CCC certificate fax to: 86-021-51095580-807 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com. The application form can be downloaded at Application Form For Printing/Impressing CCC Mark.
6 The office will check all the application documents after faxing. If they are all valid, we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to the applicants for payment by fax or E-mail. And the 'Certificate Applicant' should fax the 'Remittance Slip' back to our office.

8. The applicants who are not the certificate owned people can also call on 86-021-51095580-805 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com, asking for the 'Application Form of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark' which will be faxed or e-mailed by us.
