CCC Mark Application Annual Verification Process

Applicant can apply for Annual verification of CCC mark application if he need not to change the content of original Notification of CCC mark Permission.
Applicant should offer following documents:
⑴ Applicant should fill in CCC mark Annual verification Application Form completely with the seal of applicant.The Application Form can be downloaded at CCC mark Annual verification Application Form:http://china-ccc-certification.com/169.html
⑵ 4 copies of nameplate sample and package design drawing.Applicant could submit previous Permission of Printing/Impressing China Compulsory Certification Mark and append page of Permission of Printing/Impressing China Compulsory Certification Mark if the design in CCC mark Annual verification is same as previous one.
Applying for alternating annual verification of CCC mark application:
1) Applicant need to change the content of original Notification of CCC mark Permission,change the content of nameplate or package design drawing(including:dimension,color of CCC mark, factory code,relative position of factory code and CCC mark process,mark process,type of mark, etc.),add more use forms.
2) Changing content of CCC certificate need to apply annual verification (including:type,date of application,applicant,factory,type of mark,etc.).
Applicant should offer following documents:
⑴ Applicant should fill in CCC mark Annual verification Application Form:http://china-ccc-certification.com/169.html completely with the seal of applicant.The Application Form can be downloaded at CCC mark Annual verification Application Form:http://china-ccc-certification.com/169.html
2) 4 copies of alternated nameplate sample or design drawings.
Notes:
Applicant need to offer formal explanation by the company if he stop using approved CCC certificate.Please do not add any CCC mark Annual verification which is not in the area of annual verification.Otherwise,applicant should fill in Application Form for Printing and Impressing CCC mark:http://china-ccc-certification.com/167.html accepted as new application of Printing and Impressing CCC mark.
