China CCC Mark Application-Solvent Coatings

This regulation applies to indoor decorating and refurbishing solvent coatings for woodenware: category of nitrolacquer,alkydpaint,polyurethane.Category of nitrolacquer is a kind of coating,with cellulose nitrate as main film material,which is reacted by mixer of nitric acid and sulfuric acid with cellulose.Category of alkydpaint is a kind of coating,with alkyd as main film material,polycondensed by polyacid,fatty acid (or plant oil) with polyalcohol.Category of polyurethane is a kind of coating,with polyurethane resin nitrate as main film material,which is reacted by polyisocyanate with compound of activated hydrogen.

Admitted use of China CCC Mark:CCCs
Mark process requirement:China CCC Mark should be processed at min.sales package and/or obvious place of label when certificated product is saled in series(multicomponent in one outer packing).Also,China CCC Mark may be processed at main coating inside packing.China CCC Mark may not be processed at diluent inside packing and/or small packing of hardener.When certificated product is not saled in series,China CCC Mark should be processed at min.sales package of main coating and/or obvious place of label.The name,type,factory and construction proportion of diluent and hardener should be defined in specification of main coating.China CCC Mark should not be processed at packing of diluent and hardener.Product information in packing of product with China CCC Mark should be conform to what is described in certificate.China CCC Mark cannot be continued to use when not having passed annual verification,during certificate suspension or cancellation.
Related requirement:label words 'apply for indoor decorating and refurbishing' and factory code below China CCC Mark,note name of main film material for this coating in product specification or label.Generally,type Ⅲ to Ⅴ(30mm-60mm) is adopted.
Regulation of mark charge:uniformly charged by China CCC Mark grant and manage administration according to related regulations.Details see notice of mark charge.

CCC certification holder should apply for self-printing/impressing China CCC Mark according to following procedures:
1) Fill in 'Application Form for Printing/Impressing China CCC Mark':http://china-ccc-certification.com/167.html(Form I and II) with the seal of applicant.
2)Offer CCC certification copy of product that has processed China CCC Mark.
3)Offer nameplate sample with China CCC Mark pattern and factory code and product type.
4)Offer product design proposal of body package barrel and outer box with China CCC Mark pattern and factory code.
5)China CCC Mark grant and manage administration should approve design proposal application of printing/impressing submitted by applicant according to following:
⑴The form and content of nameplate should be same as sample submitted by applicant.
⑵The pattern of China CCC Mark should be in linear proportion to dimension of standard specification certification mark.Its bottom and color of pattern may properly be chosen according to product outline and whole drawing of nameplate.
⑶Product related factory code should be below China CCC Mark.China CCC Mark grant and manage administration will notify applicant to correct design proposal if it doesn't meet requirements.
6)China CCC Mark grant and manage administration will send notice of mark charge by post if it meets requirements.
7)China CCC Mark grant and manage administration will send Notification of Printing/Impressing China CCC Mark Permission to applicant after making the confirmation of all payments(enter the certain account).
8)Applicant may apply correcting printing/impressing application to China CCC Mark grant and manage administration,which will be accepted as new application.

CCC certificate holder should apply purchasing China CCC Mark according to following:
1.Enterprise may purchase China CCC Mark if it has CCC certificate or clear copy of CCC certificate,and its status is valid.
2.The status of CCC certificate should be valid.Applicant cannot purchase China CCC Mark temporarily if the status is stop,cancel or invalid.Note:applicant may purchase China CCC Mark if the reason of certificate stop is not purchase China CCC Mark.
3.Applicant should be full name of enterprise or certificate holder rather than person,refer to certificate.If applicant is not the owner of certificate holder,he should submit Trust Deed:http://china-ccc-certification.com/365.html authorized by applicant of certificate.
4.Type of China CCC Mark:S,EMC,S&E,F,I and no type.Refer to national standard GB and implement rules of compulsory product certification,or contact us.
5.Size of China CCC Mark:6 kinds of standard specification mark:8mm,15mm,30mm,45mm,60mm and 60mm(reverse).Charge standard:http://china-ccc-certification.com/157.html.Besides less products,in most case,there is not rules for the size of China CCC Mark on the product.It will be rectified if the size does not meet requirements.
6.Fill in 'Application Form for Purchasing China CCC Mark':http://china-ccc-certification.com/148.html Minimum quantity is one sheet.Type of China CCC Mark should be related to product.(According to compulsory product catalogue,if digits 7th to 10th of products CCC certificate number are the same,can be treated as same categorized product,can purchase same type of China CCC Mark.)
7.Product name in the application form should be the product related to CCC certificate,the product should be according to content of CCC certificate.
8.Applicant may add pages if he has many certificates to purchase China CCC Mark.
