CCC Mark Purchase Process Notes

Now making corresponding adjustments to previous CCC mark purchase process as follows:
1.'Application Form for Purchasing CCC mark':http://china-ccc-certification.com/148.html should be with the seal of applicant.Also submit Trust Deed:http://china-ccc-certification.com/365.html of certificate applicant if by agency (not certificate applicant) and clear copy of CCC certificate.

2.CCC mark should be processed on other certificated products within factory scope of same category (according to CCC catalogue(http://china-ccc-certification.com/ccc-catalogue.asp) issued by AQSIQ and CNCA,if digits 7th to 10th of products CCC certificate number are the same,can be treated as same category),same CCC mark type (S or S&E, etc.).Please make record and archive faithfully for the use of CCC mark according to regulations.

3.Min.unit of purchasing CCC mark is plate,min.quantity is 1 plate.

4.Submit original copy of 'Application Form for Purchasing CCC mark':http://china-ccc-certification.com/148.html,original copy of CCC certificate (or clear copy of CCC certificate in case of cannot submit original copy),Trust Deed:http://china-ccc-certification.com/365.html when purchasing CCC mark for imported car and medical device products.

5.According to implementation rules for fire fighting products,fire fighting products certificate holder should take CCC mark from certification administration by production plan once or twice a year.
