Print CCC Mark:Print Impress CCC Mark Use Proposal Approval Procedure

1.This procedure is to guarantee print impress CCC mark conform to regulation for Compulsory Certification CCC Mark Management Rules:http://china-ccc-certification.com/77.html
2.This procedure applies to the approval of mark process in certificated products:printed,pressed,molded,screen-printed,painted,etched,carved,stamped,sealed,etc.(call 'print impress' later).Mark process and position of specific products may refer to implementation rules for related products.
3.Print impress CCC mark use proposal is approved by CCC mark grant and manage administration authorized by CNCA.
4.CCC certification holder should apply for self-printing/impressing CCC mark according to following procedures:
1)Fill in 'Application Form for Print Impress CCC Mark':http://china-ccc-certification.com/167.html (Form I and II) with the seal of applicant.
2)Offer CCC certification copy.
3)Offer nameplate sample with CCC mark pattern and factory code and product type.If product without nameplate,offer design proposal for CCC mark directly processed at the body of product.
4)Offer product design proposal if applicant requires to print CCC mark on packing container, packing box,packing bag or qualified certificate.
5.CCC mark grant and manage administration should approve design proposal application of printing/impressing submitted by applicant according to following:
The form and content of nameplate should be same as sample submitted by applicant.The pattern of CCC mark should be in linear proportion to dimension of standard specification certification mark.Its bottom and color of pattern may properly be chosen according to product outline and whole drawing of nameplate.Product related factory code should be below CCC mark. CCC mark grant and manage administration will notify applicant to correct design proposal if it doesn't meet requirements.
6.CCC mark grant and manage administration will send notice of mark charge by post if it meets requirements.
7.CCC mark grant and manage administration will send Notification of Print Impress CCC Mark Permission to applicant after making the confirmation of all payments(enter the certain account).
8.Applicant may apply correcting printing/impressing application to CCC mark grant and manage administration, which will be accepted as new application.
9.Charge standard (RMB) of apply for print impress CCC mark:RMB 450.00/year for initial application each use pattern,RMB 300.00/year for annual verification application each use pattern.Other may refer to charge standard:http://china-ccc-certification.com/157.html.
