Print Impress CCC Mark Notes

1.Applicant should submit following documents when applying for Printing Impressing CCC Mark:
1) Fill in 'Application Form for Printing/Impressing CCC Mark':http://china-ccc-certification.com/167.html(Form I and II) with the signature of applicant.
2) Offer CCC certification copy.
3) Offer nameplate sample with CCC mark pattern and factory code and product type.If product without nameplate,offer design proposal for CCC mark directly processed at the body of product.
4) Offer product design proposal if applicant requires to print CCC mark on packing container,packing box,packing bag or qualified certificate.
2.CCC mark grant and manage administration should approve design proposal application of printing/impressing submitted by applicant according to following:
The form and content of nameplate should be same as sample submitted by applicant.The pattern of CCC mark should be in linear proportion to dimension of standard specification certification mark.Its bottom and color of pattern may properly be chosen according to product outline and whole drawing of nameplate.Product related factory code should be below CCC mark.CCC mark grant and manage administration will notify applicant to correct design proposal if it doesn't meet requirements.
3.Applicant can fill in one application form if the 7th to 10th number of certificate is same.
4.The whole drawing of packing container can be put in a sheet of A4 paper if it cannot be put in form II of 'Application Form for Printing/Impressing CCC Mark'
5.Applicant may add pages if he has too many certificates to apply for this application.
6.Applicant who is not the applicant of the certificate should have Trust Deed:http://china-ccc-certification.com/365.html with the signature of certificate applicant.
