CCC certificate applicant(called 'certificate applicant' in the following) make the application as follows:
1.Offering 'Application Form for Print Impress China CCC Mark' with the signature of certificate applicant along with 'Design Proposal of Print Impress China CCC Mark' and copy of CCC:http://china-ccc-certification.com/167.html.
2.We will check all the application documents after receiving them.If they are all correct,we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to the certificate applicant for payment by fax or e-mail and the certificate applicant should fax 'Remittance Slip' back to our office.If they need to be revised,we will send 'Notice of Amendment' by fax or e-mail to inform the certificate applicant resending their revised documents to us,we will check all the application documents after receiving them.If they are all correct,we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to the certificate applicant for payment by fax or e-mail and the certificate applicant should fax 'Remittance Slip' back to our office.
3.After making confirmation of all payments(enter the certain account) according to 'Remittance Slip' faxed back to us by the certificate applicant,the 'Notification of Print Impress China CCC Mark Permission' will be sent to the certificate applicant by post.
4.Certificate applicant may call us at 8621-51095580-805,asking for 'Application Form for Print Impress China CCC Mark' that will be faxed by us.Applicant who is not CCC certificate applicant(called 'applicant' in the following) make the application as follows:
1.Offering 'Application Form for Print Impress China CCC Mark' with the signature of applicant along with 'Design Proposal Of Print Impress China CCC Mark',copy of CCC certificate and Trust Deed authorized by applicant of certificate sent to our office by post.The application form can be downloaded at:http://china-ccc-certification.com/167.html
