Products out of CCC Catalogue for CCC Certification Application Confirmation

Application conditions of confirmation of products out of CCC catalogue for CCC certification application:HS code(commodity code) of the China imported products is in the scope of CCC catalogue, but the products themselves are not in the scope of CCC catalogue.
Scope of service for confirmation of products out of CCC catalogue: import declaration application enterprises of consignees shall be within China.
Consignees in China shall submit following documents:
1.Explanation of confirmation of products out of CCC catalogue:http://cccwto.com/979.html
2.Import inspection documents: including copy of invoice, packing list (submit if necessary), shipping order
3.Copy of pre-entry declaration for importation:http://cccwto.com/990.html
4.Technical documents or specifications of products (including color pictures of products for confirmation of products out of CCC catalogue);
5. Copy of business license of application enterprises
6.Trust deed:http://cccwto.com/509.html
Consignees in China shall apply for confirmation of products out of CCC catalogue as following procedures:
1. Submit copy of business license, invoice, foreign trade contract and packing list (submit if necessary), technical documents or specifications of products, and fax all the documents to:86-21-51095580-805 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com.
2.After that we will look through all the documents, if they meet the application conditions of confirmation of products out of CCC catalogue, we will inform the application enterprises list of documents submitted and related notes and fees by fax or e-mail, the application enterprises shall send us the documents by post.
3.After receiving the post documents,we will have a check.If they are all comple and correct, we will inform the application enterprises to pay money by fax or e-mail.
4. The application enterprises should fax or e-mail back 'remittance slip' to us. We will proceed after confirming the money has entered the account.
5. Generally, it takes 3 to 5 working days to proceed the application.
6.We will send 'Notice of Apply for Certificate of Exemption from CCC Certification':http://cccwto.com/788.html to the application enterprises for declare inspection.
