According to CCC relative laws,from Aug,13,2012,some products (see appendix) are no longer to implement CCC certification compulsorily.
Specify certification bodies are no longer to implement CCC certification compulsorily of the above mentioned products, and to cancel the issued compulsory product certification certificate of the above products.
Unused CCC marks owned by enterprise has gained CCC certificate of the above products could be returned to issue management institution.After checking by issue management institution,charge could be refunded.
