CQC Mark Application Guideline
1.Basic design and dimension of CQC mark
(1)Basic design of CQC mark

(2)Dimension of CQC mark
CQC mark design consists of a flat ellipse.Inside of ring is the name of certification:"CQC"-the abbreviation of "China quality certification"
2.Specification of CQC mark
CQC mark includes regular CQC mark and irregular CQC mark.
Regular CQC mark has five specification,see the table below:

The specification of irregular CQC mark is different from above table's specification,but their specification must be with a linear scale to regular CQC mark's.
3.Colour of CQC mark
Regular CQC mark colour is white background,black letters and ring.
If using printed,moulded or other mark processes to use CQC mark on the body of product or nameplate,the colour of CQC mark could be chose reasonably according to the appearance of product and the brand of overall design.
4.Application of CQC mark
Application of irregular CQC mark
(1)CQC mark applicate fill in the"application form for printing/impressing CQC mark"(http://china-ccc-certification.com/637.html).After stamping,CQC mark applicate email the application form and
the copy of CQC certificate(s) to E-mail ccc#china-ccc-certification.com.If CQC mark applicate is not the holder of CQC certificate or its factory,CQC mark applicate must email trust deed issued by the holder of CQC certificate or its factory at the same time.
(2)After receiving CQC mark application materials,we will email documents list to CQC mark applicate.After receiving original documents through express,we will email CQC mark applicate notice of charge or rectification notice according to the result of audit within 5 working days.If CQC mark applicate receives rectification notice,rectification will be needed until audit is passed.After paying,CQC mark applicate should re-send us remittance.
(3)We will send "permission of using CQC mark" to CQC mark applicate within 7 working days after confirming payment by accountant.
Application of regular CQC mark
(1)CQC mark applicate must gain "permission of using CQC mark" in advance.If not,please apply irregular CQC mark(see the process above) firstly.CQC mark applicate email "application form for purchasing CQC mark"(http://china-ccc-certification.com/638.html),"permission of using CQC mark" and corresponding certificate(s) to E-mail ccc#china-ccc-certification.com.If CQC mark applicate is not the holder of CQC certificate or its factory,CQC mark applicate must email trust deed issued by the holder of CQC certificate or its factory at the same time.
(2)After receiving CQC mark application materials,we will email CQC mark applicate notice of charge within 2 working days.CQC mark applicate should re-send us remittance.
(3)We will send CQC mark to CQC mark applicate within 7 working days after confirming payment by accountant.
5.Use of CQC mark
During the period of validity of corresponding certificate(s),CQC mark applicate can use CQC mark on the certificated product or its outer packing.Regular CQC mark must be used on the significant position of certificated product.Irregular CQC mark should be used on the nameplate or the prominent position of certificated product.If CQC mark could not be used on the certificated product,CQC mark must be used on the minimum packing and the attached file.
