To help you know the requirement of CCC application, then facilitate the certification schedule, avoiding application letter filling mistake and unnecessary reworking, please read this guide carefully before you fill in the application. The following <Electrical Wires and cables product unit division and related information list> (hereafter referred to table 1 as simply) will be your reference to provide important information for filling CCC certification application.
1.Usual procedure of certification
The usual procedure of CCC certification: certification application + type test + factory inspection. You should confirm product type and executive standard. All product listed in executive table 1 are needed to carry out CCC certification.
2. Certification application
You should pay great attention to the following when you apply on line through website:
(1) Filling in application depending unit, each unit has its application letter;
(2) The filling of 'applicant name', 'manufacturer name' and 'factory name' in the application letter should conformity with unit register name of business license.
(3) The filling of 'applicant address' and 'manufacturer address' in the application letter should conformity with register address of business license, the filling of 'factory address' should conformity with the actual address of production site, all the address information should include in name of province and municipality.
(4) 'Product name' in Chinese and in English in application letter should be filled in accord with table 1.
(5) 'Model and specification' should be filled in accord with product standard, model and specification usually include in 4 parts, namely model, rated voltage, nominal cross section and insulating core quantity, 'model' and 'rated voltage' are relative regular what can be filled in accord to the corresponding part in table 1; 'nominal cross section' and 'insulating core quantity' should be filled in accord to enterprise actual production capacity( table 1 has given you the stipulated range of product standard for reference); filling examples:

(6) All wires and cables that execute gb5023-2008 standard have color requirement, please indicate requested color on postposition of product specification if you only apply for one color on wires and cables, otherwise we will consider that you apply for all colors on wires and cables, the external surface color of submitted sample should include in black and white.
(7) Some models of wires and cables have both circular and flat (E.g. 60227 IEC 53(RVV) 2×0.75) ,then you should also indicate requested color on postposition of specification, otherwise the submitted sample should include in circular and flat.
(8) 'Product safety standard' in application letter should be filled in accord to 'standard' in table 1.
(9)'Trade mark' in application letter should be filled in registered trademark( has acquired registered trademark already);
3. After submitting the application
You should login our website frequently to look over certification schedule after submitting application letter. If the application has been accepted and attended, please submit writing documents accord to documents list, and preparing sample accord to sample submitting notice and send to designated inspection institute.
4. Submitting sample and type test
We choose sample accord to certification implementation rules, generally speaking, the chosen sample should cover all kinds of models in one unit, maximum and minimum cross section, maximum and minimum core quantity, circular and flat (if available), black and white (if you apply for certification for all colors). So, every enterprise should apply accord with their actual production capacity to avoiding frequent revision and prolonging certification time. In the region where the inspection station division has overlapping, you can note which inspection station you want to submit sample to in application letter remarks, we will consider and make balance by actual condition when issue submitting sample notice.
5. Factory inspection
After passing type test, we will inform you to carry out factory inspection.
6. Payment
We will send payment notice to you by website when we need your payment, please remit in time accord to the notice requirements, and attach the remit proof under receipt, noting information about invoiced unit name, unit address, post code , contact person, phone number and etc, then fax this receipt to us.
