Common Issues of Making Printing/impressing CCC Mark Corrections

Common issues of printing/impressing CCC mark corrections (Form I):
1.The applicant has filled in his/her name.
(He/she shall fill in the full name of the enterprise or factory who will apply for printing/impressing CCC mark.)

2.The name of contact person,phone No,e-mail and post address of CCC certification mark application enterprise have not been filled completely.
(If the information of CCC mark application enterprise is in handwriting,it shall be clear and recognizable.)

3.The factory code has not been filled or filled wrongly.
(The applicant may not fill in the factory code if he doesn’t know it.After accepting in our office,relevant operators will fill it after searching the database.)

4.The CCC mark process has not been checked correctly from the provided boxes.
(The applicant shall check the correct CCC mark process from the provided boxes.If he/she doesn’t understand that,he/she may contact our office by email.)

5.The CCC mark position has not been checked correctly from the provided boxes.
(The applicant shall check the correct CCC mark position from the provided boxes.)

Common issues of printing/impressing CCC mark corrections (Form II):
1.The colour and size of CCC mark in the drawing for CCC certification mark has not been filled in.
(The applicant shall fill in the correct colour of CCC certification mark and the outer widest size of the elliptic CCC mark.)

2.On the whole drawing,the position of CCC mark in the product has not identified explicitly.
(The applicant shall submit the clear and complete whole drawing with CCC mark positions http://china-ccc-certification.com/672.html)

3.The applicant has submitted the picture photographed by camera as the whole drawing,but not the specified line type drawing.
(The applicant shall submit the clear and complete line type drawing http://china-ccc-certification.com/675.html or contact us.)

4.The submitted whole drawing is not clear or complete.
(The applicant shall submit the clear and complete line type whole drawing http://china-ccc-certification.com/675.html or contact us.)

5.The applicant is required to send us the completed APPLICATION FORM FOR PRINTING/IMPRESSING MARK (Form I)&(Form II) in Word document format by email.

The applicant of the enterprise applying for CCC mark has omitted the blanket A4 papers with the stamp at the lower right corner when submitting the original documents.
(The applying enterprise shall submit 4 blanket A4 papers with the stamp at the lower right corner when submitting one whole drawing,and 20 copies of when submitting 5 types of whole drawings.)

The applicant of the enterprise applying for CCC certification mark may send APPLICATION FORM FOR PRINTING/IMPRESSING MARK(Form I)&(Form II) to us,if he/she cannot make corrections,we may help him/her to complete the corrections of CCC certification mark application.
