Conditions of Withdrawn and Cancelled CCC Certification Certificates and Treatment of Covered Products of the Invalid CCC Certificates

Generally,the CCC certification certificates of the products will be treated as "withdrawal" by the CCC certification center in case of the following conditions:
1)The CCC certification clients(or certificate holders) have not applied for restoration of the CCC certification certificates,taken corrective measures at the time of expiry of the CCC certification certificates term of suspension,or their products are not qualified after taking corrective measures;

2)Change of critical components,specifications and models,as well as the factories of design,structure,process and important materials/raw materials involving safety or EMC of the complete machine,which leads to the serious safety hazard potentials existed in the products;

3)Results of the follow-up inspection of the CCC certification body demonstrate that serious defects are existed in the factory quality assurance capabilities;

4)Counterfeit samples provided by the CCC certification clients(or certificate holders),inconsistency between the certificated products and the samples for type test;

5)The CCC certification clients(or certificate holders)/relevant party are in breach of national laws and regulations,the results of national or provincial supervision and spot check demonstrate that serious defects are existed in the products,the items of product safety inspection are unqualified or serious issues existed in their conformity;

6)Certificated products are defective leading to quality safety accidents.

7)The CCC certification certificates are suspended for Clause 5,6 in the first suspension reason,they are still not accept the supervision and check or supervision sampling inspection,or are not support with inspecting the sampled samples in the markets or marketing places;

8)The CCC certification clients(or certificate holders)/relevant party do not use the CCC certification certificates and marks by rules,and lend and lease them to others,which circumstances are serious;

9)Practice fraud and obtain the CCC certification certificates with deceive,bribe and other improper means,or other serious laws and regulations violation actions existed,which affect the effectiveness of the CCC certification results directly;

10)Other circumstances that CCC certification certificates shall be withdrawn(e.g.violation of special requirements in the implementation rules on CCC certification,etc.)

The CCC certification certificates of the products will be treated as "cancellation" in case of the following conditions:
1)The CCC certification clients have not applied for extension use of the CCC certification certificates at the time of expiry of the validity;

2)For bankruptcy,dissolution,production restructure and other reasons by the CCC certification clients(or certificate holders),the certificated products will be no longer produced,and the CCC certification clients waive actively to maintain the CCC certification certificates;

3)Models of the certificated products have been listed in the product catalogues which are stated in explicit terms that they have eliminated or prohibited to produce;

4)The CCC certification clients(or certificate holders) are apply for cancellation;

5)Other circumstances that CCC certification certificates shall be cancelled.

In case the CCC certification certificates of products are suspended,withdrawn and cancelled,whether the products covered by the CCC certification certificates can be delivered out of the factory,sold,imported or used in other operation activities?
1.For the suspended CCC certification certificates of the products,they are deem as invalid during suspension period.The products covered by the CCC certification certificates shall not be delivered out of the factory and imported.The CCC certification clients(or certificate holders) shall suspend to use the CCC certification certificates and marks,and inform all current and potential purchasing parties about the status of CCC certification,suspend to publicize or declare the certification information of the products in relation to this notice.Please call back the delivered products if necessary.

2.For the withdrawn CCC certification certificates of the products,the products covered by the CCC certification certificates shall not be delivered out of the factory,sold,imported or used in other operation activities since the date of withdrawn.The CCC certification clients(or certificate holders) shall stop to use the CCC certification certificates and marks,and stop to publicize or declare the certification information of the products in relation to this notice.

3.For cancelled or expired CCC certification certificates of the products,the products covered by the CCC certification certificates shall not be delivered out of the factory continuously since the date of cancellation or expiry of CCC certification certificates.For the products,which have been delivered out of the factory and imported,covered by the CCC certification certificates may be continue to sold or used in other operation activities.The CCC certification clients(or certificate holders) shall stop to use the CCC certification certificates and marks,and stop to publicize or declare the certification information of the products in relation to this notice.

4.After the CCC certification certificates of the products have been withdrawn and cancelled,the CCC certification clients(or certificate holders) will submit the original copies to the CCC certification customer service center.The longest storage time is 3 years.They will be destroyed after expiry.
