Projectile Toy Products Scope:
This rule applies to the toy products of projectile toys with stored energy designed or intended for children under age of 14,will various materials,the projectiles discharged from a discharge mechanism which the energy may be stored and released,as well as ones without stored energy,the projectiles discharged from the energy supplied by children.Slings,slingshots,darts or javelins with metal tips,pneumatic air pistols and steam pistols,arrow devices with the maximum relaxation length of bowstrings more than 120cm are excluded.
