CCC Catalogue for Toy Product announced by AQSIQ

Announcement No. 198, 2005 by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine

According to 'Rules for Product Quality of People's Republic of China', 'Rules for Standardization of People's Republic of China', 'Rules for Import/Export Product Inspection of People's Republic of China', 'Rule for Certification and Accreditation of People's Republic of China' and 'Rules for Managing Compulsory Product Certification of People's Republic of China', it is decided that some of toy products should be past China Compulsory Certification now (see CCC catalogue(http://china-ccc-certification.com/ccc-catalogue.asp) in appendix).

Since June 1, 2007, all the toy products in this Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue can not be manufactured/sold/imported or used in other commercial activities if un-past China Compulsory Certification and un-tagged with CCC mark. Since March 1, 2006, consignor can apply to authorized certification institute for commission certification of product.

It is hereby announced.
