Announcement on Work Arrangement of CCC Mark Processed on Related Products during the Transition Period when CCC Certification Management is not Implemented

To insure the implementation of reform policies and measures on CCC certification system in the "Announcement on Reforming and Adjusting the Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue and Implementation Methods issued by China State Administration for Market Regulation & CNCA"(jointly announcement issued by China State Administration for Market Regulation & CNCA,No 11,2018),we hereby make announcements on work arrangement of CCC mark processed on related products during the transition period when CCC certification management is not implemented:
1.For CCC mark processed in method of print/impress by the enterprises,in view of the purpose not increasing the burden on enterprises,and in consideration of the replacement cycle of production molds,products and packaging inventories,etc.,the enterprises may cancel the print/impress CCC mark patterns on places like outer body,packaging,etc.gradually by means of natural transition.
2.For standard specification CCC marks sticked on the products directly by the enterprises,the CCC marks must not be sticked on them as the date of invalid CCC certification certificates any more.

Note:
According to the "Product List of Non-implementation of CCC Certification Management,No 11,2018",for those are not within the scope of CCC certification yet,various CCC certification issuing authorities have withdrawn their CCC certificates,and the CCC marks must not be processed.The enterprises shall make destory treatment for the CCC marks in stock according to regulations and make records for destory.In case of continuing to process the CCC marks on the products,the enterprises will be treated as illegal use of the certification marks.
