Procedure of apply for CCC mark annual verification application:
1.Fax CCC Mark Annual Verification Application Form:http://china-ccc-certification.com/169.html with seal of CCC mark applicant,copy of previous applied Notification of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark Permission and copy of effective CCC certificate to:8621-51095580-807.E-mail: ccc#china-ccc-certification.com subject=I have something to contact with you.(Please save the subject,or we will treat it as junk mail.)
2.Not CCC certificate holder should fax CCC Mark Annual Verification Application Form:http://china-ccc-certification.com/169.html with seal of applicant,copy of previous applied Notification of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark Permission,copy of effective CCC certificate and Trust Deed: http://china-ccc-certification.com/365.html to:8621-51095580-807.
3.Make confirmation to us whether they are clear or complete after faxing.(Contact to:8621-51095580-805)
4.We will check all the application documents after faxing.If they are all valid,we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to applicant for payment by fax or e-mail,applicant should send 4 copies of original application documents to us by post.
5.Applicant should fax or e-mail the 'Remittance Slip' to us.After making the confirmation of all payments (enter the certain account) and receiving complete application documents, Permission of Printing/Impressing China Compulsory Certification CCC Mark and Append page of Permission of Printing/Impressing China Compulsory Certification CCC Mark will be sent to applicant by post within 7 workdays.
