2.Our office will check all documents,if they are all right, we will fax or e-mail list of documents for CCC alteration for factory moved:http://china-ccc-certification.com/178.html and related notes.
a.Chinese/English original copy of CCC certificates with the address of old factory
b.CCC Alteration Application Form
c.Factory Inspection Questionaire(standard specification)
d.The list of the documented procedures,the list of the quality manual and the chart of organization structure
e.Other documents need to be submitted for CCC alteration application.
(4 copies of documents above with applicant/manufacturer seal),and send to our office.
3.After rechecking the received documents,we will send 'CCC notice charge for CCC alteration application' to applicants(by fax or E-mail).

8.New CCC certificate of new factory address of same certificate No. will be issued after confirming the payment enter the account.
