Notice on Upgrading of Implementation Rules for Audio&Video Devices,Telecommunication Terminal Devices and Information Technology Devices

CQC has issued and implemented Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification-Audio&Video Devices"(CQC-C0801-2014,hereinafter referred as "Implementation Rules"),"Implementation Detailed Rules for Compulsory Product Certification-Information Technology Devices"(CQC-C0901-2014,hereinafter referred as "Implementation Rules") and "Implementation Detailed Rules for Compulsory Product Certification-Telecommunication Terminal"(CQC-C1601-2014,hereinafter referred as "Implementation Rules") in accordance with the requirements of relevant announcements by CNCA.During the two-year implementation,we have made revision for the above Implementation Rules considering the change of relevant policies,issuance of national compulsory standards for key parts and feedback from the inspection bodies and enterprises,see attachments for specific revision contents.
Ⅰ.Main points for this revision
1.Add GB 31241 Lithium ion cells standard in the safety key part lists of Implementation Rules,according to the technical resolution on lithium ion cells by CNCA TC03;
2.Revision and adjustment the factory inspection requirements of quality assurance ability factors for Class C and Class D enterprises;
3.Supplement relevant requirements for the technical directors.
Ⅱ.Requirements of specific implementation:
Implementation Rules of new edition will be implemented from Aug.,1,2016.The certification clients shall make application for certification with new edition Implementation Rules.
