CCC certification certificates will be suspended in some cases after enterprises obtain CCC certification for their products

The CCC certification certificates may be suspended in case of following after the enterprises have applied CCC certification(http://china-ccc-certification.com/492.html) and obtained the CCC certification certificates

1.Holders/related parties(including producers,sellers,importers,factories,same below) are in breach of national laws and regulations,the results of national or provincial supervision and spot check demonstrate that non-conformity products existing,but the CCC certification certificates are not required to be withdrawn immediately.

1.1 In breach of national laws and regulations;

1.2 The results of national or provincial supervision and spot check demonstrate that non-conformity products existing,

1.3 The results of local(departments below the provincial level) quality supervision and spot check not meet the requirements of the implementation rules on product certification,and confirmed by the certification body.

2. Upgrading or change of the certification basis or implementation rules used by the products to be certified(http://china-ccc-certification.com/226.html).Thealteration procedures have not been performed as required within the specified periods,or the products to be met the requirements of change by the holders.

3. The results of supervision and check demonstrate that the holders are in breach of the provisions of implementation rules on CCC certification(including disqualified product sampling inspection,factory supervision and inspection,issues in the conformity of products,etc.) or related requirements of the certification body,but the certification requirements may be reached through rectification.

3.1 Disqualified sampling inspection;

3.2 Failed in factory supervision and inspection,serious non-conformance items(e.g. issues in the conformity of products,etc.) found in factory inspection,or the non-conformance reports of factory inspection have not be reported to the inspection group for verification and validation with corrective actions taken within the specified periods;

3.3 The factories are not able to send the samples to the inspection body within the specified time;

3.4 Samples for sampling inspection are not sampled within the specified time;

3.5 The certification fees are not paid after the expiry date;

3.6 Factories are not able to receive the supervision and check within the specified periods;

3.7 For OEM/ODM certificates(http://china-ccc-certification.com/112.html),thefactories have made written statements that the manufacture of certain products of the holders have been stopped,which makes the holders impossible to supervise within the specified periods;

3.8 Other requirements which are in breach of the implementation rules on certification.

4. The CCC certification certificates and marks are not be used by rules by the holders/related parties,investigation will be developed as the case may be.

5. Holders/related parties are not accept without justifications or fail to accept the supervision and check or supervision sampling inspection by related national departments or certification body(without notification in advance) within the specified periods.

5.1 Not accept or fail to accept the supervision and check or supervision sampling inspection by related national departments(without notification in advance) within the specified periods;

5.2 The factories are not accept the supervision and check or supervision sampling inspection by the certification body(without notification in advance).

6. Holders/related parties are not support with related national departments or certification body in inspecting the sampled samples in the markets or marketing places based on implementation rules on CCC certification.

7. Information of the certification certificates(e.g. name or address of applicant/producer/factory,models or specifications of the certified products) have changed,or with the evidence show that the organization,quality assurance system of the factory have changed greatly,the holders have not applied to the certification body for alteration approval or recording.

7.1 Information of the CCC certification certificates(e.g. models or specifications of the certified products) have changed(http://china-ccc-certification.com/370.html);

7.1 Information of the CCC certification certificates(e.g. name or address of applicant/producer/factory)(http://china-ccc-certification.com/493.html);

7.3 Evidence show that the organization,quality assurance system of the factory have changed greatly,the holders have not applied to the certification body for alteration approval or recording.

8. The holders apply for suspension of the CCC certification certificates for reasons of seasonal production,make-to-order,etc.

9. Other circumstances that CCC certification certificates shall be suspended.
