1.Judgment report of CCC certification business(judgment result and disposal guideline for products which are suspected within CCC certification catalogue)
2.Statement of information for CCC certification exemption(contents shall including:submitted product name,HS code,product trademark,model,quantity of each model,place of origin,factory name;amount;mode of trade;name of import port,purpose and reason of import;full name of inspection laboratory;full name of enterprise apply for CCC certification business,contact name and way of contact)
3.CCC certification certificates
4.Notice of submitted samples for CCC certification
5.Packing list,bill of freight,invoice
6.Organization establishment certificate,organization code certificate of the applicant

Notes:
All above documents are required to be submitted in the form of scanned files,format of picture .jpg;
Completed text files are required to be submitted for item 2 and item 3,format of word;
For item 4,official seal of enterprise applying for CCC certification is required.
