Announcement on Compulsory Certification Implementation Standard of New Edition for Low-voltage Fuses Products
Standard GB13539.1-2015 "Low-voltage Fuses—Part 1:General Requirements"for compulsory certification of Low-voltage fuses products has been issued on Sep.11,2015,and implemented on Oct.1,2016; standard GB/T13539.2-2015"Low-voltage Fuses—Part 2:Supplementary Requirements for Fuses for Use by Authorized Persons(Fuses Mainly for Industrial Application)-Examples of Standardized Systems of fuses A to K" has been issued on Sep.11,2015,and implemented on Apr.1,2016; standard GB/T13539.4-2015"Low-voltage Fuses—Part 4: Supplementary Requirements for Fuse-links for the Protection of Semiconductor Devices" has been issued on Apr.25,2016,and implemented on Nov.1,2016,above three standards are referred to as Standard of new edition,to substitute standard GB13539.1-2008,GB/T13539.2-2008 and GB/T13539.4-2009 (above three standards are referred to as Standard of old edition),respectively. Now we make certain statement as of CCC certification products for low-voltage fuses products execute Standard of new edition as follows:
1.From this day,Standard of new edition will be used by the notified body for CCC certification,and the CCC certification certificates of Standard of new edition shall be issued accordingly.CCC certification certificates of Standard of old edition will not issued any more.
2.For those products which has obtained certification certificates of Standard of old edition,since the date of announcement,the certificate holders shall submit us the application of upgrading certificates to Standard of new edition after the implementing of this standard and prior to the next follow-up inspection,submit samples for type test if necessary.The validation of products of Standard of new edition will be completed,and the CCC certification certificates of Standard of new edition will be issued if they pass the test.
For certified products meeting the standard GB13539.1-2015 "Low-voltage Fuses—Part 1:General Requirements",upgrading of CCC certification certificates of Standard of old edition shall be finished before Nov.1,2017,which is the latest date.Otherwise,the certificates of Standard of old edition will be suspended.If the upgrading of CCC certification certificates have not been finished after Jan.1,2018,the CCC certification certificates of Standard of old edition will be withdrawn.The upgrading of CCC certification certificates are not required for those certificated products which have been transported out of the factory,put into the markets and will not be produced any more before Nov.,1,2016.
