Guideline of Pictures and Words for Purchasing China CCC Mark-Fill in Purchase China CCC Mark Application Form
1. Download the Purchase China CCC Mark Application Form http://china-ccc-certification.com/UploadFiles/APPLICATION-FORM-FOR-PURCHASING-CCC-MARK.doc on the website http://china-ccc-certification.com/, and save it to a local file folder, named it as "Purchase CCC Mark- XXXXXXXX Co., Ltd."
Notes on filling: fill in neatly, completely and in detail.
2. Print, seal and scan the .doc file of Purchase China CCC Mark Application Form which has been filled in, and put the scanning copy in the file folder, "Purchase China CCC Mark- XXXXXXXX Co., Ltd..".
3. Save the scanning copies of CCC certificates filled in the file folder, "Purchase China CCC Mark- XXXXXXXX Co., Ltd..", the files shall be named CCC certificate No. the file format is .jpg.
Notes:
1) In case that 7th to 10th digit of the CCC certificate No. are same from left, it shall be considered as the same application for purchasing China CCC mark. Only one scanning copy of CCC certificates among them is required to submit, but all the CCC certificate No. shall be filled on the Purchase China CCC Mark Application Form.
2) In case that the amount of CCC certificates for purchasing China CCC mark application is more than 10, the Attached Pages for Purchase China CCC Mark Application is required to submit, all the CCC certificate No shall be listed on this file.
4. Self-checking
Open the file folder "Purchase China CCC Mark- XXXXXXXX Co., Ltd.", at least 3 files shall be in it:
1) .doc file of Purchase China CCC Mark Application Form
2) Scanned copy of Purchase China CCC Mark Application Form
3) Scanned copies of China CCC mark for this purchase application
4) Trust Deed is required in case of purchasing by agent.
5. Make the file folder "Purchase China CCC Mark- XXXXXXXX Co., Ltd." as a compressed one, with the file folder name unchanged, which is still "Purchase China CCC Mark- XXXXXXXX Co., Ltd.".
6. Send the compressed file folder as attachment to the designated email. See the remarks in the downloaded "Purchase China CCC Mark Application Form" for the email address, pay attention that the email subject must also be "Purchase China CCC Mark- XXXXXXXX Co., Ltd.".
7. Generally, we will send the "Notice of Charge for Purchasing China CCC Mark" by email within 48 hours of legal working days. If you haven't received the "Notice of Charge for Purchasing China CCC Mark" after 48 hours of legal working days, please inquire us again for the situation by email.
