Requirements on Printing/Impressing Mark Scheme for China Compulsory Product Certification

1) The applicant on the "Application Form for Printing and Impressing CCC (China Compulsory Certification) Mark Printing" http://china-ccc-certification.com/167.html must be the full name of enterprises for application or CCC certificate holders, not individuals.
2) Attachment for CCC mark application form http://china-ccc-certification.com/UploadFiles/CCC-Mark-Application-Certificate-Attachment.doc is required to fill in if the quantity of CCC certificate for once application of CCC mark printing is more than 10.
3) Quantity of CCC mark printing usage:may not be filled in if the enterprises for application have no plans for expected annual product production.
4) Color of CCC mark printing:select proper colors according to the real conditions of products,black,white and natural color are generally the most frequent ones.
5) Drawing for CCC mark on the CCC mark printing design scheme,deformed marks shall not be used without permission.Ones can be deformed by the Chinese regulations are excluded,for example,wires and cables.
Long diameter of CCC mark outer ring must be noted according to the determination of implementation rules of CCC mark printing.
6) The overall effect drawing where CCC mark will be printed(ie.design drawing of packing,nameplate and conformity certificate,etc.) is required to attach on the column "Integrated design drawing".
7) If more ways of mark processing or mark positions for the same type of product,the drawing  and integrated design scheme for CCC mark of each CCC mark use form must be provided separately.
8) Model in the form 1 of CCC mark printing application form must be covered within the CCC certificate No.
9) The CCC mark printing application form shall be filled in completely and clearly.
10) Submitting the "Application Form for Printing and Impressing CCC Mark Printing",only submit the completed electronic file without signature and seal.
