Use of China Compulsory Certification(CCC) Mark
Enterprises which have obtained CCC certification shall use CCC marks properly in their certified products and advertising according to the rules of Management Method on Compulsory Certification Mark for Products.
1.CCC marks are categorized as certification marks of standard specification http://china-ccc-certification.com/358.html and that of non-standard specification http://china-ccc-certification.com/156.html.The specification of non-standard specification certification marks shall be in linear proportional with the size of standard specification ones.The color of standard specification certification marks is black patterns in white background.Selection of standard specification shall be executed according to corresponding implementation rules on compulsory certification for products.The specification of non-standard specification certification marks shall be in linear proportional with the size of standard specification ones.
2.Certification marks may be applied on the bodies,nameplates or packages of products by means of printing,pressing,molding,screen-printing,painting,etching,stamping,carving and sealing,etc. http://china-ccc-certification.com/156.html Their color of base plates and patterns may be chosen rationally based on the appearance of products and general design of nameplates.
3.CCC marks are the special marks of compulsory certification for products by national rules.For products produced within China and obtained certification,they must be applied CCC marks prior to delivery out of the factory.For those produced outside China and obtained certification,they must be applied CCC marks before importing to China.
4.For products obtained CCC certification,use of CCC marks may be selected as following rules by the features of products:
a.For CCC marks of standard specification which are printed uniformly,they must be applied on the specified locations of the outer bodies of the CCC certified products;
b.For printing/impressing CCC marks,they shall be printed/impressed on the clear locations of the nameplates or outer bodies of products;
c.For those are impossible to apply certification marks on the bodies of the CCC certified products,their CCC marks must be applied on the minimum packages as well as the enclosed documents of products;
d.For special CCC certified products,which are impossible to be applied CCC marks according to the rules above.Special patterns of "China Compulsory Certification" marks must be printed or impressed on the bodies of products.
5.For products obtained CCC certification,CCC marks may be applied on the outer packages of products.
6.Organizations obtained CCC certification may use CCC marks properly in the product introduction and advertising activities in relation to compulsory certification for products,but they cannot mislead and deceive consumers with CCC marks.
7.Organizations obtained CCC certification shall establish a system for using and managing CCC marks,make truthful records for the use of CCC marks and archive.
